Take control of your narrative: Introducing sentiment in AI visibility

As search shifts toward LLM-generated answers, visibility metrics alone create a blind spot. Appearing prominently in an AI overview doesn't help your pipeline if the AI positions your brand unfavorably, misrepresents your product features, or recommends a competitor over you.

Earlier this year, we launched our AI Visibility tool to help you track your brand’s presence in AI-generated responses. Now, we are thrilled to announce the addition of Sentiment analysis, a specialized feature that turns complex, unstructured LLM outputs into a clear, actionable snapshot of your brand’s reputation.

Move from passive monitoring to active narrative control

Stop guessing how AI interprets your digital footprint. With Sentiment in AI Visibility, you can instantly gauge whether LLMs and AI agents are talking about your brand favorably, neutrally, or negatively in your tracked prompt responses.

The Sentiment feature helps you:

  • Protect your brand reputation: Instantly catch and mitigate reputational risks in AI overviews before they impact your sales pipeline.
  • Deconstruct the "why" with evidence: Drill straight down into the exact content driving the AI’s perception. We pair your core themes with verbatim, color-coded text snippets pulled directly from AI responses, showing you exactly why a score was given.
  • Outmaneuver competitors in generative search: Benchmark your AI sentiment directly against your competitors using data-rich Confidence Scores. Isolate specific competitor weaknesses to identify the exact topics and prompts where they are viewed unfavorably, allowing you to build a high-impact offensive content strategy.

How to get started:

  1. Click AI Research from the left-hand navigation and select AI Visibility.
  2. In AI Visibility, open your Dashboard.
  3. Click the Sentiment tab at the top of the page.

Don’t leave your reputation to chance. Get a definitive, real-time health check on your brand’s perception across the leading LLMs and pinpoint exactly where you are excelling and where you need to improve.
